The entrance to Cap d’Amarres will be totally securitised with a high wall running the length of the North West boundary of the estate.

Entry to the complex will be through electronic gates.

Security will be provided by way of proximity cards for vehicles and pedestrians with keypad entry for visitors and services. Video surveillance and intercom from the front entrance will be provided to the boundary of each lot.

A Residents Association will be formed to govern the estate.

Residents will also be required to become members of the Gulf Harbour Marine
Village Association Incorporated which governs the wider marine village and associated waterways.
