A preliminary master plan for the estate has been completed. The master plan once fully refined will ensure that all homes enjoy maximisation of sun and views by creating building envelopes within each site and applying height guidelines to certain areas.

The master plan further ensures that there will be design synergy throughout the estate by setting out an architectural theme and certain design and construction covenants.
